Instructions:

  1. Please Register well ahead of time for one of the scheduled seminars listed below.
  2. Once registered, you will receive another e-mail giving you further instructions on how to join the online training on the day of. Keep this email in a safe place -- you will need to refer to it on the day of the online training. It contains the conference call number and access code so you can hear the presenters over your phone, plus the online training web address and ID number so you can see the content being presented.

  3. In preparation: please log into the online training at least 15 minutes prior to start time -- DO NOT wait until the seminar begins before you decide to log in. This will allow us time to troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may have.

    Some suggestions to ensure smooth setup: follow the online training instructions carefully, and make sure all personal firewalls are temporarily disabled. You may even want to speak with your corporate IT person to make sure that the corporate firewall is also set to allow the online training site. Then, 5 or 10 minutes before the online training begins, call in to the conference call.

  4. If you are experiencing connectivity issues prior to and during the online training session, CALL 1-877-980-3880.

  • And the online training website which allows you to see the presenter's screen

How do I register for the�Online Training�session?

Step 1:
Select which seminar you would like to attend. Click on the register button and fill out the online form.
Step 2:
An e-mail will be sent to you which contains all the information needed on how to join the online training session. Please note the Conference Call phone number and Access Code. Calling that number and entering that access code will enable you to hear the presenter through your phone. Keep this e-mail handy until the day and time of the online training session. You will need to refer to it at that time.
Step 3:
On the day of the online training session, open the email refered to in Step 2 and click on the link displayed. We ask that you actually JOIN the session 15 minutes prior to start time. This extra time before the session begins will allow us time to troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may have. How do I listen to what the Presenter is saying?

Call the conference call phone number refered to in Step 2 (directly above). You will be asked to enter in the Access Code which allows you to join in on the conference and hear the Presenter.
