How do I register for the Webinar session?
Step 1:
Select which seminar you would like to attend listed in the Register for Seminar section. Click on the register button and fill out the online form.
Step 2:
An e-mail will be sent to you which contains all the information needed on how to join the Webinar session. Please note the Conference Call phone number and Access Code. Calling that number and entering that access code will enable you to hear the presenter through your phone. Keep this e-mail handy until the day and time of the Webinar session. You will need to refer to it at that time.
Step 3:
On the day of the Webinar session, open the email refered to in Step 2 and click on the "JOIN NOW" button. We ask that you actually JOIN the session 1/2 HR prior to start time. This extra time before the session begins will allow us time to troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may have. Some suggestions to ensure smooth setup: follow the Webinar instructions carefully, and make sure all personal firewalls are temporarily disabled. You may even want to speak with your corporate IT person to make sure that the corporate firewall is also set to allow the Webinar site.
How do I listen to what the Presenter is saying?
Call the conference call phone number refered to in Step 2 (directly above). You will be asked to enter in the Access Code which allows you to join in on the conference and hear the Presenter.
