Can I pay with my Atlas Pro+ rewards?
Yes. Renoworks Pro can be purchased with your Atlas Pro+ Dollars and Pro Cash. Pick your tier above and check out through the Atlas Rewards portal, or book a demo and we will walk you through it.
How quickly do I receive my visualizer?
You will receive an email with your visualizer link in one business day or less.
How do I access my visualizer?
Within one business day of activating your subscription, you will receive an email with your visualizer link. Still trouble finding it? Call +1 877 980 3880 or email rwprosupport@renoworks.com.
How do I customize my logo and product libraries?
A sales and onboarding rep will contact you within one business day of signing up for a 7-day trial. Send them your logo to upload to your visualizer. Standard visualizers include all available manufacturer product libraries. Let your Renoworks rep know if you want to remove specific libraries or make products generic.
Can I get a trial?
All plans come standard with a free 7-day trial. Payment information is required, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you will not be charged.
How do I see homeowner inquiries from my visualizer?
Inquiries are emailed to the address you provide during onboarding, and can be routed into your CRM.
Are design services supported through Renoworks Pro?
Yes. Design Services is supported through Renoworks Pro. For specific inquiries, contact us.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
We integrate with every major CRM, including Marketsharp, Salesforce, and HubSpot. If it is on Zapier, we support it.
