TRUWOOD LEVERAGES NEW RENOWORKS VISUALIZER PLATFORM TO INCREASE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Renoworks brings TruWood Visualizer online with latest 2018 platform

CALGARY, ALBERTA, May 23, 2018, – Renoworks Software Inc. (TSXV: RW) (“Renoworks”), the leading visualizer for the home remodeling and construction industry, and Collins Product, maker of TruWood® Siding and Trim engineered wood products (“TruWood”), are proud to present the TruWood Visualizer, a web-based design experience built upon the latest version of Renoworks’ web visualization platform.

The TruWood Visualizer allows distributors, remodelers, builders and homeowners to design with a variety of different products and colors offered by TruWood. With enhanced photo-realistic rendering, mobile responsiveness and other additional features from the 2018 update, Renoworks is providing TruWood with the means to engage with their audiences, and subsequently, enable their customers to reach final design selections faster and more efficiently.

To help drive new sales and create deeper engagement with its customers, TruWood will be integrating the TruWood Visualizer into upcoming marketing and sales initiatives. “This new tool allows contractors and homeowners to view the home of their dreams, helping them make thoughtful design and purchasing decisions,” said Lori Worthington of TruWood. “Not only can you view various colors and trim options, but the tool allows you to experiment with different textures, styles and even color ideas.”

Engagement and Experimentation – The Way to Final Decision

“When using Renoworks’ visualization technologies, one of the surprising ways homeowners come to a final design selection for their remodeling projects is through trial and error,” explained Doug Vickerson, CEO of Renoworks. “For this reason, we recognized long ago that providing photo-realism in our applications is simply not enough to solve the problem of indecision and uncertainty that homeowners experience. Relevant brands and product options that speak to consumers, melded with the ability to experiment during the design phase easily, quickly, and with visual accuracy are all needed.” Mr. Vickerson continues, “Our web visualizer technology provides this solution all in one place, resulting in customer engagement growth for our clients like TruWood, and in the end, a more satisfactory and complete experience for consumers. We hope to do more in these areas as our two companies grow.”

Renoworks will continue to build upon its technology and will be providing additional value through shared analytics and insights to its clients. As TruWood customers interact with products and design, a much better understanding of consumer remodeling preferences will be revealed, growing Renoworks’ data value and helping to fuel future innovations already on the roadmap.
